Hi, I’m Itiro.

I started playing taiko when I was a child and took part in many gigs on cultural events, parties and corporate events since then.

I am Fuurinkazan Taiko Group’s leader and certified instructor. I teach other teams and on regional workshops that gather people from different locations. I also participate in the organization of events promoted by the Brazilian Taiko Association (ABT).

I composed the delegation that represented Brazil in the Junior Taiko Competition in Japan and also participated in the Taiko Technical Certification and Instructor Training (JICA), becoming an instructor certified by Nippon Taiko Foundation.
